Body
building
Intro - body building.
The physical culture of muscle-building has attracted followers
for many years; well before the advent of competitive bodybuilding as we know
it today.
Followers of the iron game will know that bodybuilding in its
popular form began in earnest in the 1890s with the arrival of Mr. Eugene
Sandow, whom the Mr. Olympia statue is modelled on.
According to Webster dictionary, ‘’Bodybuilding is
the use of progressive resistance exercise to control and develop one’s musculature.’’
When we say musculature, it is the system or arrangement of
muscles in a body, part of the body, or an organ.
To
become a body builder, we have to engage in different types of exercises. And I
would like to share with you, the five steps that will help us to become a body
builder.
First step, set goals, it is
very important to long-term progress. Unless you want to waste your time
flailing around at the gym, you need to set specific and measurable goals. The
second step, write your goals down, taking pen to paper might seem a bit
generic, but having concrete evidence of your goals from the start can limit
the likelihood that you’ll stray from them when times get tough. If we have a
strength goal, you can chart your weekly progress toward a new PR. If you have
physique goal, take progress pictures so you can measure weekly improvements.
With consistent tracking, you’ll know where you’re going and where you’ve been.
Third step educate you, learn something new about training every day. There are
countless resources; we just have to seek them out. Internet is the best
resources of information. So we can get a lot of tips in there. Fourth step,
eat right or nail your nutrition, according to internet, fat does not make
people fat. Sugar and inactivity make people fat. Everything you put into your
body affects you on a cellular level, so choose wisely. One of the most
important lessons I’ve learned during my training is proper food preparation.
And the Fifth step, find a training partner, seek out the experts. Someone
always knows more than you and, more often than not, they’re willing to share
their knowledge. Be polite when you approach a potential bench buddy and
demonstrate that you’ve put some effort into finding an answer on your own.
UAE: Doctors and
athletes have warned body-builders against excessive intake of protein
supplements to help gain bulk, saying it poses a major health risk. Consuming
supplements over a long period is dangerous and athletes need to know when to
stop taking them people in the UAE know about the pro blems involved with
taking certain supplements but are willing to take the risk for quick results.
The consumption of amino acids is acceptable if they are approved by a reputed
company and the FDA, said Dr Abraham. "People take a shortcut by consuming
certain supplements that can be harmful," he said. As I heard in Etihad
news, they already have the solution of the body builder’s risks. Government
put the rule for the Emirati people to go to military service, and that will
help them to stay fit and healthy. Some of men they don’t go for a checkup
before they have the pills of getting a big and strong muscles. However, now
it’s a must to check up for their health.
In conculsion I think
that bodybuilding is very useful and it has no side effects unless you are
younger than the average age of bodybuilding which around 18 or more .
